Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through delivery partners such as Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX. If your area is hard to reach, we will call to confirm before dispatch.

Inside Dhaka, most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. You will get a call or message before the courier arrives.

Delivery is ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. The exact fee for your area is shown at checkout and paid together with your order in cash.

There is nothing to pay in advance. When the courier reaches you, check your parcel and pay the exact total shown on your order confirmation in cash.

We send updates by call, SMS, or WhatsApp as your order is confirmed, packed, and dispatched. For the latest status, message us with your order number.

If the courier cannot reach you, they will usually try again the next day. Please keep your phone on and answer unknown numbers during the delivery window.
